ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ consists of two separate, but parallel, pay systems (federal and trust). U.S. Civil Service positions are funded by our annual appropriation from the Congress. Trust positions are funded by private donations, grants and gifts to the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Center.
