Konstantin Shavlovsky is a film critic and poet. He was born in Leningrad in 1983 and studied at the Maxim Gorky Literature Institute. Starting in 2004, he was the editor and between 2012–2016 the editorial director of Seans (Seance) film magazine. In 2017–2022, he was the film section editor at Kommersant Weekend weekly. Shavlovsky has written two books of poetry: Twins in Nettles and What Should Have Been Told From the Very Beginning.

С 2004 года — редактор, в 2012—2016-м — редакционный директор журнала «СеанÑ». Ð’ 2017—2022 годах — редактор раздела кино еженедельника «КоммерÑантЪ-Weekend». Ðвтор двух книг Ñтихов: «Близнецы в крапиве» и «То, о чем Ñледовало раÑÑказать Ñ Ñамого начала».
