Expert Bio

Keith Lema is a Research Associate for the Science and Technology Innovation Program (STIP) at the Ðǿմ«Ã½ Center. At STIP, Keith researches energy and climate policy while supporting the STIP Technology Labs to educate congressional and executive staff on emerging technologies. Prior to the Ðǿմ«Ã½ Center, Keith worked in renewable energy finance. In 2014, he was selected for a Fulbright grant in Madrid, Spain. Keith received his MA in International Affairs with a concentration in Global Energy and Environmental Policy from the Elliott School at George Washington University. He received his BA in Economics and Political Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
