Expert Bio
Andrew Finn was the Program Associate at the Canada Institute of the Woodrow Ðǿմ«Ã½ International Center for Scholars until his departure in October 2016. An integral program of the Ðǿմ«Ã½ Center, the Canada Institute works to increase awareness and knowledge about Canada and U.S.-Canadian relations among policymakers, focusing on energy and the environment, border and border security, and trade. Before joining the Ðǿմ«Ã½ Center, Finn was an Academic Fellow with the Canada-United States Law Institute. He holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and degrees in History and International Relations from Michigan State University.
