Nathaniel Oakes is the Program Coordinator for the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Center Africa Program. Prior to joining the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Center, he worked in the Conflict Resolution Program at the Carter Center and conducted research on Cameroon’s Anglophone Crisis with the Center for Gender, Peace, and Security, a Yaoundé-based NGO. Nathaniel holds a BA in French and International Relations from Tufts University.
