On this episode of Dialogue at the Ðǿմ«Ã½ Center we explore the latest issue of the Ðǿմ«Ã½ Center’s flagship publication, the Ðǿմ«Ã½ Quarterly with the help of its editor, Steve Lagerfeld. We’re also joined by two contributors to a series of Quarterly articles addressing the theme, Is Democracy Worth It?  Joshua Kucera, a DC-based freelance journalist has written a piece titled, Voting Against Freedom.  Steve McDonald, Director of the Ðǿմ«Ã½ Center’s Africa Program has authored one called, Africa’s Long Spring. In our second segment Robert Litwak, Vice President for Scholars and Academic Relations and Director of International Security Studies at the Ðǿմ«Ã½ Center, sits down with us to discuss both state based and non-state nuclear proliferation threats to United States and global security.
